We have a functional organization called as SAM(scientific affairs managers) team that is maximizing our group intelligence. SAM team consists of not only the scientific managers but also other specialists in various area, e.g. field application scientists, account managers and business managers, regulatory affairs managers, marketing communications specialists. SAM’s role is to build up specific strategy based on different issues of product, e. g. marketing strategy, pre-market assessment, regulatory strategy, evaluation of scientific publications and etc.
